柯文哲今上午到中正區忠勤里社會福利據點視察，會中接受媒體聯訪時，做上述表示。
媒體詢問美河市聯開宅昨晚召開管委會，決議仍反對公共住宅？柯文哲表示，台北市政府任何施政仍要在居民可接受程度下去推行，美河市聯開宅原有600多戶，衝擊就很大。
不過，其中404戶辦公室在法律上無法作為公共住宅，所以剩下200多戶，衝擊也相對減少。
柯文哲說，公共住宅一開始租金為85折，其實很貴，整個衝擊沒有居民想像的多，不過還是會處理居民問題，面對問題是解決問題的第一步，大家都可以接受才上路。1040313
